We offer a broad, balanced curriculum delivered by skilled, subject specialists. Free options at the end of Year 8 lead to a three-year GCSE programme that encourages breadth with specialist interest. Our staff are innovative with pedagogy and new technology; rich, engaging lessons lead to outstanding results at GCSE and A level.
Key Stage 3 (Year 7 and 8)

Students study courses in Art, Citizenship, Classical Civilisations, Drama, English, Design and Technology, Engineering, Enterprise (Business and ICT), Geography, History, Mathematics, Modern Foreign Languages, Music, Physical Education and Games, Religious Education and Science.

Key Stage 4 (Year 9, 10 and 11)

All students study GCSE courses in Mathematics, English Language and Literature, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and a Modern Foreign Language (either French, German or Spanish).

Students also have a further choice of three GCSE subjects from: Ancient History, Art, Business Studies, Computer Science, Drama, Engineering, Design Technology, Food Technology, French, Geography, German, History, Latin, Media, Music, PE Studies, Product Design, Religious Studies and Spanish.

All students also take non-examination courses in Physical Education, Personal, Social and Health Education, Religious Studies and Citizenship.
