Want to bid on an item in the Festival Auction? We're using Twitter as a bid platform. If you're a Twitter user, bidding instructions are extremely easy. If you're not a Twitter user, you can sign up in under 2 minutes, for free, at http://twitter.com
Just tweet @devonportvoice, the hashtag of the item: for example: Item 1 #DHSBFA1, Item 4: #DHSBFA4 and your bid amount for the item. Bids will only be accepted in this format - any other tweets with the hashtags will not be accepted:
EXAMPLE: @devonportvoice £15.00 #DHSBFA2
That's all you need to do! Bids will be automatically timestamped and recorded.
