This building houses the senior staff and administration team and provides changing rooms on the lower ground floor.

Edgcumbe Hall
to become the Edgcumbe Theatre in 2007

This 'old school hall' has been used for year group and house assemblies and school productions since the school came onto this site in 1945. The Governors' project for 2007 is to refurbish the large space to provide a small rehearsal / lecture theatre (seating around 30) and a state-of-the-art theatre with a gallery on all four sides, a large flexible performance space and seating for around 200. An appeal to support this exciting project is being launched in the spring of 2006.

This theatre will be available for community use, please contact the Estate Manager for further details.

Edgcumbe Fitness Suite
opened 2004

The former music room was converted into a well equipped fitness suite with cardio vascular and strength training machines that are proving popular with the boys and staff.

Edgcumbe Library
opened 2003

This former gymnasium was extensively refitted to provide a fine Learning Resource Centre with books, magazines, cuttings, careers information, internet access and study facilities for up to 75 pupil and staff. Also within the space the new front door and foyer was provided with access over the bridge to the reception desk and sports hall viewing gallery.
