Key Stage 3 (Year 7 and 8)
Students study courses in Art, Careers and Personal, Social and Health Education, Classical Civilisations, Drama, English, Design and Technology, Digital Enterprise, Geography, History, Mathematics, Modern Foreign Languages, Music, Physical Education, Religious Education and Science.
Key Stage 4 (Year 9, 10 and 11)
All students study GCSE courses in Mathematics, English Language and Literature, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Students also have a further choice of four GCSE subjects from: Art, Business, Classical Civilisation, Computer Science, Design and Technology, Drama, Food Preparation and Nutrition, French, Geography, German, History, Latin, Media Studies, Music, Physical Education, Religious Studies and Spanish.
All students also take non-examination courses in Careers and Personal, Social and Health Education, Physical Education and Religious Education.
Key Stage 5 (Year 12 and 13)
We offer the following A level courses: Ancient History, Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Design and Technology (Product Design), Economics, English Literature, French, German, Geography, Government and Politics, History, Latin, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Media Studies, Physical Education, Physics, Psychology, Religious Studies (Philosophy and Ethics) and Spanish.
Further A level subjects are also available from our consortium schools Devonport High School for Girls, Eggbuckland Community College and Notre Dame Roman Catholic School.
Sixth-form students also participate in our Tutorial Programme and Enrichment Studies.
