It has been a lovely morning as we welcomed back pupils to celebrate their successes with friends, family and teaching staff and to provide advice and guidance on their next steps.

To our Year 13 students, congratulations, your hard work and resilience over the last couple of years has shown true integrity and spirit and we couldn’t be prouder. I would like to express my sincerest thanks to the staff who have worked tirelessly over the years to support our students and to the parents and carers who have provided fantastic support to their children and the DHSB community over the years.

Sharon Davidson, Assistant Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form said

"Our Year 13 Leavers were successful even before today; they’ve gained a good education, grown character and have contributed so much to others already. These wonderful young people have so much potential. Their job now is to continue to build meaningful friendships and use their  achievements to find careers that give them fulfilment and economic security. I’ll be excited to stay in touch with so many of them as they move on in their lives."

We caught up with a few individuals to congratulate them on their results and find out where their amazing achievements will take them next…
