Well done to 42 students who successfully completed the expedition element of their Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award during half term in Annecy, SW France.

Thank you to all the staff and the team from Dynamic Adventures for looking after all our students and for supporting them in this incredible experience.

Here are just a few of the images from their time in the French Alps.

Public Consultation

This week we published our proposal to increase the Published Admission Number (PAN) at this school from 180 to 210 for admission to Year 7 from September 2020 onwards, providing an additional 150 places in total over five years. A high percentage of our students choose to stay on at school to undertake further education and therefore we anticipate the number of post-16 students will also increase.

Part of the application process is a four week public consultation with the community to enable the school to hear the views of local people.

All the details can be found at this webpage (see link). We look forward to hearing your views on this exciting proposal.
