Studies have shown the mental health benefits of Ecotherapy to be mood enhancing & stress reducing. It also can increase self-confidence, emotional regulation, wellbeing & emotional resilience.

Aim of the Project:

The main aims of the project are to support young people living with emotional & mental wellbeing issues to engage more fully in their education & lives and to build relationships between young people on the project to help reduce social isolation.
