Plymouth Mental Health REG is running a free workshop on 20 March at Plymouth Central Library all about exploring your mental health as a neurodivergent person.
This workshop explores topics like emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity, over/understimulation, and masking to help participants better understand and support themselves and other neurodivergent people.
