Plymouth Parent Carer Voice (PPCV) survey.

If you care for a child or young person with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and use Plymouth services, please consider taking part in the latest Plymouth Parent Carer Voice (PPCV) survey.

PPCV is working hard with Plymouth City Council (PCC) to make sure that your voice is heard in shaping services across the SEND 0-25 sector. They are asking for your experience to be shared in their regular survey which looks into the central services that you and your child/young person with SEND use. Your young person does not need a formal diagnosis or an EHCP for you to be able to complete the survey.
