Support at DHSB

At DHSB, support for students and their families comes in many forms dependent on individual needs.

Where possible, we try to intervene to provide early support, either directly or through an external referral process, to prevent escalation of issues.

If you feel that either you or someone you know within the DHSB community could benefit from early help please email earlyhelp@dhsb,org with the details of your concern.

Student Wellbeing Action Plan

Students have been encouraged to develop their own personal Wellbeing Plan to support their development of healthy habits of excellence.

Evidence suggests that a small improvement in wellbeing can help to decrease some mental health problems and also help people flourish.

The plan is based on the New Economics Foundation (NEF) research Five Ways to Wellbeing.
