Student Wellbeing Action Plan

Students have been encouraged to develop their own personal Wellbeing Plan to support their development of healthy habits of excellence.

Evidence suggests that a small improvement in wellbeing can help to decrease some mental health problems and also help people flourish.

The plan is based on the New Economics Foundation (NEF) research Five Ways to Wellbeing.
